Insulflex is an insulation that is most used for preventing condensation in pipe sections, chiller machines, and HVAC or ducting. It is made from Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber closed-cell with no pores to keep energy loss from external.

Insulflex has various shape and type that can be adjusted with insulation need, such as:

• Insulflex Tube, with tube shape and 1,8 Meter length, is usually used for layering pipes such as AC Pipe, Chiller Pipe, Steel Pipe, Water Pipe, etc. It has many diameters to make sure it can perfectly adjust with different pipe size, start form:
  • 1/4 Inch, 3/8 Inch, 1/2 Inch, 5/8 Inch, 3/4 Inch, 7/8 Inch, 1 Inch, 1 1/8 Inch, 1 1/4 Inch, 1 3/8 Inch, 1 1/2 Inch, 1 5/8 Inch, 1 7/8 Inch, 2 Inch, 2 1/8 Inch, 2 3/8 Inch, 2 5/8 Inch, 2 7/8 Inch, 3 1/2 Inch, until 4 1/2 Inch.
  • It also has various thickness starting from 1/4 Inch, 3/8 Inch, 1/2 Inch, 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, 1 1/4 Inch, and the thickest is 1 1/2 Inch.
• Insulflex Sheet is different from tube, Insulflex sheet has 1,2 Meter length and 0,914 Meter width. This type is most used for HVAC and ducting insulation, and also can be used for roofing insulation and sometimes floor insulation to reduce noise in the room. Insulflex sheets have various thicknesses like 1/4 Inch, 3/8 Inch, 1/2 Inch, 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, 1 1/4 Inch, and 1 1/2 Inch.
• Insulflex Roll, this type is bigger than the others, it has 9,14 Meter length and 1,2 Meter width, that’s why it is perfectly used for larger areas such as pipe insulation with bigger diameter, machine insulation and also roofing insulation. It has the same thickness as sheet type from 1/4 Inch, 3/8 Inch, 1/2 Inch, 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, 1 1/4 Inch, to 1 1/2 Inch.
• Insulflex Roll + Aluminium Foil, this type is more practical and easier to install because it has Aluminium Foil layered on it and can protect the insulation for a long time period. Its specification is similar with roll type 9,14 Meter length and 1,2 Meter width, various thickness is 1/4 Inch, 3/8 Inch, 1/2 Inch, 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, 1 1/4 Inch, and 1 1/2 Inch.

Insulflex is an international material that has many certificates in insulation, it also has different certifications such as Class 1, Class 0, and Class 0 FM that are fire resistant and does not spread fire.
